He is already known and loved by the staff, who make it a priority to find out his favorite foods, tv shows, interests and topics of conversation. It’s so refreshing to have found a care facility that is adequately staffed by amazing people who clearly love their jobs! Unlike his previous care facility, my Dad’s care plan has been implemented flawlessly. I cannot say enough good things about The Waters experience so far: Tour, Admissions, nursing evaluation, move-in, environmental services, dining services, activities coordination and caregivers.
