A Sweet Surprise from the Eden Prairie Girl’s Basketball Team

Love was in the air Feb. 13 at The Waters of Eden Prairie Senior Living Community as the Eden Prairie girl’s basketball team filed in after practice ended to pass out some goody bags. Around 11 girls passed out the bags to residents and visited with some of them in the dining room to give them a sweet treat post-meal. The service project is similar to the visit that the Eden Prairie football team pays to The Water’s residents every August where they hold a touch football game versus The Waters staff, partake in push-up and hot dog eating contests against staff and play a variety of different games with residents.
