Concierge Service
Our Concierge welcomes you and your guests, provides information, schedules appointments for community activities and more. It’s our Concierge’s true pleasure to help you make connections, give you guidance about the community, and help you feel safe at home.
Maintenance
We take pride in preserving the beauty and function of our community, and we are happy to maintain your apartment amenities such as:
- heating/cooling units
- refrigerators
- stoves/ovens
- dishwashers
- faucets
- toilets
- showers
- windows
- floors
- washers and dryers
Maintenance is included in your monthly rent as long as the problem is the result of proper use and normal wear.
For an additional fee, we offer assistance with many projects, including:
- hanging pictures
- light fixtures
- wall repair
- painting or touch-ups
- installing new appliances
- assembling closet inserts
Housekeeping
It is our pleasure to include light housekeeping as part of your rent so you can spend your time enjoying other aspects of life. We’ll clean your kitchen and bathroom (counters, fixtures, toilet, sinks and mop floors), vacuum carpets, empty the trash, and lightly dust without moving your personal items.
For an additional fee, we offer assistance with:
Carpet-cleaning, window-washing, floor-polishing, appliance-cleaning, cupboard- or closet-organizing, dusting, blind-cleaning; and unpacking. Need something you don’t see on the list? Just ask.
Laundry
For an additional fee, we can:
- help wash and dry your garments or linens
- make your bed
- clean your dryer lint trap
- neatly fold or hang your items in your closet.
