Mugita Bah has been in the long-term care and senior living industry for over 13 years. His education is in Accounting and Business. He began his career as an Accountant and Banking in The Gambia where he held leadership position as Bank Officer. He pursued a career in the senior living industry where he started out as a Certified Nursing Assistant providing direct care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, and continued on his leadership path with Memory Care Coordinator, Business Operations Manager, Regional Business Operations Director, Assistant Executive Director, Travelling Executive Director; and Executive Director II with Brookdale (managing IL/AL/MC communities).
Mugita was honored with the recognition award as “Director of the Year 2020” at Cogir Senior Living. He is excited to transition and join The Waters family to oversee the Eden Prairie Community in January 2025.
