The Waters Senior Living Rebranding is Complete at Kingsley Shores Senior Living Community
The Waters Senior Living is expanding. The re-brand of The Waters of Kingsley Shores & Place in Lakeville, Minnesota, formerly owned by Silvercrest Properties, is now officially complete.
The roll-out of the new website and social media pages for The Waters of Kingsley Shores & Place will happen on Monday, April 28, 2025. A grand re-opening party is planned this summer.
Kingsley Shores has 101 apartment homes offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Kingsley Place features 55 apartments that offer an active, independent living lifestyle for seniors.
The Kingsley Senior Community is home to a beautiful wellness center with a warm water pool, which is perfect for seniors wanting to maximize their balance, improve flexibility and minimize their aches and pains. All with the help of an experienced Director of Wellness.
Also available to residents, daily prepared meals, several daily activities, a movie room, a library, outdoor spaces, fun events and complimentary scheduled transportation. The buildings are connected by a skyway for easy access, no matter what the weather.
