Each month, Activated Insights conducts thousands of phone-based satisfaction interviews with residents, patients, and their families. Providers are rated across 12-16 key service categories, including communication, dignity, safety, food quality, and more. Only those who score in the top 15% for each category receive the Customer Experience Award™. Maintaining high scores across multiple categories throughout the year can also earn providers a Best-in-Class distinction.
